After a brief conversation Kyle will be asked if he is ready to sacrifice thousands of lives to purify the region, including his own. In the central room, where the Mother herself is also located, a vision shows the events leading to her becoming a sentient Volatile. Along the way, a fair bit of loot can be gathered, such as a DIY grenade, four Medkits, and some weapons. The Mother will speak to Crane during the walk, giving her backstory. Use the door and head inside to find the hallway littered with corpses of Rais's men and the Faceless. If Fatin and Tolga were helped during Rocket Waggoon, they will also contact Crane at this point. There are several ways to get to the required door, such as by driving up the dam with the buggy and then jumping down, or through using the safe zone unlocked during Power to the People and then climbing up. Near the lighthouse, one will even use a rocket launcher, which unfortantely cannot be looted. Head over to the dam, along the way, several of Rais's men will have set up blockades with their cars. Having defeated Rais's men at the lighthouse and learning through Kaan that more of Rais's men are after The Mother, Crane contacts The Faceless after retrieving the vials.
maybe Camden will be able to replicate it? If not, I think I'll have to fight her for the last vials of the medicine. She's a fucking human-volatile hybrid! She says that there is no cure, that there is no way out of this situation, and that we have to destroy the plague through an ultimate sacrifice.
